7月に宿泊しましたが、とにかく虫が多くて大変でした。ロビーにも隣の茶屋にもうじゃうじゃ虫がたくさんいて、子供も凄く嫌がっていました。虫除けスプレー必須です。部屋や共用部分の洗面台、トイレはきれいに清掃されてましたので、夏以外は快適に過ごせると思います。

時間に縛られず鳴子温泉郷の湯めぐりに最適な宿＆ロケーションでした。隣接する「五湯茶屋」、徒歩数分にコンビニもあり素泊まりで何も不都合を感じない。部屋、共同のトイレ・洗面台・大型冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・電気ケトル・バスルームすべてにおいて清掃が行き届いていて快適でした。オーナーが凄く自然体で会話がとても楽しかったです。色々な心遣いに感謝しかありません！清潔で自由な雰囲気な宿でコスパ超最高！次回はもっとロングステイしたいと思います。

予約が入っているのにも関わらず、それを忘れる中々な宿。雨の中、セルフで扉を開け、電気付けて、整頓もされていないロビーで小一時間待ちました。外から見られたら完全に不審者状態… 後から来た担当外？スタッフのオバチャンも困ってました。このスタッフさんの一生懸命さだけが唯一の救い。あちこち色々宿泊しましたが初めて！

とてもよくしていただき、周辺の温泉施設や食事所を案内してもらえました！チェックアウトの時間も朝早くに対応していただき、とてもありがたかったです！お部屋も心遣いでこちらの要望にも答えていただきました！部屋も清潔でした！周辺の日帰り温泉施設もとてもよかった！食事も外で食べれて、大満足でした！

広いエントランスで自由快適

マスターがとても気さくな方で、自室以外にも広いエントランスリビングを自由に使わせてもらって、とても快適に過ごすことができました。部屋も広くて清潔で、リーズナブルなのが助かります。

普通に！

子供と2人で。廊下がやけに響くのか怖いとずっと言ってました。部屋からの音も良く聞こえてきて、よりそう感じたのかと。部屋、トイレ、洗面台は清掃行き届いていて良かったです。コンビニが徒歩圏内にあるのもポイント高めです。

素泊まりにしては綺麗でした。

素泊まりで格安だったため利用させていただきました。口コミにあったように清掃は行き届いています。ただ、カメムシが散乱していて部屋内で10匹は捕まえ外に出すという大散乱でした。子ども連れだったためいつカメムシがとんでくるかもわからなかったため熟睡はできませんでした。家族の1人は朝になり臭いと騒ぎだし、背中にカメムシが入ってきていました。というようにこれさえなければ問題はなかったです。場所も温泉街に近いため便利でした。近くにコンビニもあります。２４時間開放のため出入りは自由でしたが、無人になるため何かあったらアルソックを呼んで下さい。というシステムでしたが、こちらも少し不安でした。部屋に鍵はかけられますが誰でも中に入って来られる状況だったからです。この2点さえ気にしない方であれば何の問題もないホテルでした。

コンビニが近くにあり、また温泉街にも近くてとても便利でした。ただ電子レンジはあるという情報でしたが、それはなかったので少し困りました。それ以外は特に問題なく、きれいでおすすめです。

小型犬と一緒に宿泊させて頂きました。初めての所で犬が騒がないか心配でしたが落ち着いて泊まる事ができました。対応も親切で話しやすい方でした。トイレ、浴室は共同でしたがとてもキレイでした。機会があれば犬と一緒に行きたいと思います

宿泊のみなら充分。

息子とゆっくり話しがしたくて、一泊しました。食事無しで宿泊するだけなら清潔でしたし安く泊まれて充分でした。ロビーのみWi-Fi届くがコオロギが何匹か居て、外に逃したり捕まえたりしました。ゴキブリやネズミじゃなかったので問題なし。

お世話になりました

2匹の秋田犬と併設されている猫カフェがよかったです。自由な雰囲気な宿です。コンビニや共同浴場にも徒歩でいけます。今回、玄関先で自炊させて頂きました。大変フランクなオーナーの観光情報が役にたちました。鬼首や栗駒など素晴らしい自然にも近距離で良かったです。
