Centrally located & close to various metro stations, this hotel was very smart, nicely decorated and very clean. The room was a great size, with comfy complimentary PJs; the staff were incredibly helpful; and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve enjoyed here in Japan. The hotel also has lockers for you to store your luggage if you arrive early. Located above a nice supermarket too for eats!

We had a really pleasant stay and the staff were very welcoming. We had the breakfast and it offers a wide selection of traditional Japanese foods and western favourites. The hotel is right next to a metro line and an Aeon supermarket!

Having come here several times in the last few months. This place is a staple to stay at, conveniently located, room is great, bed is comfortable, pillows rock hard (lol), and shower is clean and strong stream. Overall had a great time here, the breakfast as usual is good they change and rotate the food to either set A or set B but it’s always fresh and tasty.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Above a great supermarket and within walking distance of metro line and not far from Dotonbori area. We found the common areas a bit sterile and the check in was not the smoothest. Worse thing was the carpet in the room was stained in a few spots.
