Pros: Smooth check in, no human interaction. Everything is online/email or using your phone and the tablet at the reception. Great place to stay especially with a big group or need multiple rooms, the place has all you need for a stay (washing machine, electric stove, hangers, vacuum, etc) Free car parking with plentiful lots is a plus if yor are renting a car. Throwing of rubbish is easy as there is no need to sort them out. Near some attractions, train station and the common 3 convenience stores as well as a grocery store nearby. Not so much of cons but im just nitpicking now: TV is old, no share screen tech, if you are with kids and they want youtube/netflix etc. One single lift, was lucky we have already reach the apartment and all luggages are in the room when it was down for servicing and is small. Overall 5/5, recommended.

The unit was amazing. The tatami room was relaxing and our two kids immediately wanted to sleep in there. The balcony view and the sunroom were both relaxing for morning coffee. The beds were perfect for a stay. Plenty of room for storing bags. Amazing place to stay.

Spacious and perfectly located!

Very spacious. In an excellent location to walk to the Osaka Aquarium (and adjoining shopping). Walked to the ferry and crossed the waters to Universal Studios Japan - it was perfect!! The only (minor) shortfall is the washing machine. Compared to the other places I stayed at with an all-in-one (I may have been spoiled by those), this unit has a top load washer.

Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough.
