Modern budget friendly hotel with comfortable beds. Rooms are small but functional, the bathroom whilst still small was bigger than most hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan which was a bonus. Rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Only minor downsides were that there is only 2 lifts for a hotel with 18 floors so can be waiting for quite a while to get it. There is a laundry room but unfortunately there’s only 2 machines which are in constant use due to the size of the hotel - would be better if there were a couple more machines to use. Apart from that we had an excellent stay here, the area is quiet but close to the metro and it’s easy to get to other parts of Osaka.

Just checked out of our room at Four Points as we make our way across Japan. The property offers efficient, and cozy rooms in the heart of the Kitahama area. Close to 2 train stations (5 and 10 minute walks respectively) and close to several convenience stores, coffee shops etc. The rooms themselves are quite small. My wife and I packed very light and even then we had a bit of a hard time navigating around the room since it was tight. So, if you plan to bring a lot of luggage just keep this in mind. Overall the hotel was very clean, felt safe, and every interaction we had with staff was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again as it was a good location and price.
