Relatively large rooms. Clean facilities. Friendliest staff. Excellent location. The place has events daily to bring different aspects of Japanese culture and food to their guests. Daily happy hour. Can’t recommend it enough. We stayed 3 nights and are a family of 4. We will certainly look to stay here when we are back in Osaka.

There was a little bit of a problem with my first room but front desk offered us a new room immediately. Even gave me a temporary room while I waited for a bigger room ! Def loved the free amenities in the waiting lobby. Would def recommend to get the double if it’s two people you will thank yourself later !

Location is incredible! I didn’t interact much with the staff but they were always at the front desk with the exception of late late at night. The rooms are decent, a little run down and small(tight corners more than anything) but definitely did the trick for the price and location. I’d stay again!

It was very conveniently located a couple of streets away from Dotonbori. Once you get the hang of where you’re going from the train station, you’re only a 3/4 mins walk away. Staff were extremely nice and there is free snacks/ drinks in the lobby

The hotel is really convenient and easy to find. Near Dotombori, the subway, all the tourist attractions are easy to go to. The hotel room we stayed in was really clean. The hotel has a free soft drinks and other beverages for guests between some specific hours and it was a nice surprise. The staff is friendly and always trying to help. The beds were small but comfortable. The hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. The hotel is centrally located so it’s very close to the running man sign, lots of restaurants and stores and train stations. Should we every go back to Osaka, we would be happy to stay here again.
