I love the property and the location near a local train station that connects to Universal Studio and downtown Osaka. The apartment is larger than any hotel I could have found in the area for the price. I will definitely be using this rental next year when I return to Osaka if it's available during my vacation time.

I enjoyed stay at The Rise Osaka Universal bayside. It is perfect place for family of 4. It has two bedrooms so we can have a good night sleep, not like small hotel room. The bed mattresses are firm and comfortable after a long day walk. The breakfast was great and the hot spring was so relaxing and clean. I enjoyed the outside hot tub because cool air kept me stay longer in the hot tub. And if you are a young adults, the walk to the station is not too bad. maybe just 5 to 10 min walk. Location is great and it was perfect for me and my old parents.

Really nice and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast with a nice view. Easy access to trains ( Ajikawaguchi Station), one stop to get on the Osaka loop line ( making it really easy to get to Kobe, Nara and Kyoto ), Keyless entry is nice room feature no fumbling or losing entry cards. I'll return without a doubt.

Great stay, large clean room, spacious bathroom and nice views on balcony. Easy check in, building was super clean and tidy, close to the train station as well. Onsen is great but shared with the public too; so it does get busy and with a lot of locals. It’s a really nice facility with sauna, cold bath, honey bath, outside bathtubs and a carbonated bath to name a few. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend, especially if you’re going to universal.
