We have nothing but good things to say about this property. From penthouse style hotel lobby, to five star equivalent hardware and amenities, the property is located at the heart of Osaka with direct access to the subway line. Our experience was excellent.

Very close to subway station and Shinsaibashi shopping centre. Convenient location! Good quality of amenities and nice staff. The lounge service is very good as well. The only thing to complain is that the water drained very slow in the sink and bathtub.

Das Gebäude ist sehr neu. Das Hotel liegt in den oberen Stockwerken. In den unteren Stockwerken finden sich edle Geschäfte und Restaurants. Über das Untergeschoss besteht ein Zugang zur U-Bahn-Station. Beim Frühstück kann man wählen zwischen japanisch und westlich. Sehr freundlich.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The property was immaculately clean and housekeeping kept our room spotless. The concierge helped deliver bags, and also arrange airport transportation for us. There are shops in the bottom of the hotel that make great gifts and it is convenient to the subway. The breakfast was delicious. Next time we are in Osaka, we will stay again.
