A very nice and quiet place to stay in Osaka especially for family with kids. The area is very quiet and safe. The hotel is within five minutes walk from the Osaka JR subway line and ten minutes walk from Osaka metro. The room we stayed in was specious enough for family of six and has a washer inside the room which helped a lot with doing laundry. I highly recommend this hotel

The room is comfortable for a family visiting Osaka. It is not far from the metro station. The check in was smooth no hassle even though there is no front desk. You can cook inside as everything you need is there. Family Mart is just nearby to buy convenience. I highly recommend ESLEAD Hotel in Namba Ebisu West for those who want to visit Osaka.

Great location for waking to Dotonbori and Namba Parks and for rail connections. Apartment was well equip and clean, has umbrellas guests can use and electric scooters to hire on site. Option to store luggage on check out. Staff quick to respond to any questions. Perfect base for exploring Osaka. Only thing missing for our family was a toaster for bread. Otherwise couldn’t fault it thank you for making our trip so enjoyable. Would recommend.

Facilities and cleanliness is good. However if the kettle could be upgraded to one with stainless steel that will be great. As this plastic give off a smell and not to mention about the health of using it to boil water.

Checking in/out was smooth, I haven’t tried a self service option before and it was great. The room was clean and spacious - what the photos showed us. I love the take as you need for toiletries, and the umbrella stand use. We also love how there was many train stations near by. I would recommend this to my family, and friends. It was a fantastic stay!
