Great location, not too far from a few different stations and the Mega Donki/Tsutenkaku area. Property was clean and the rooms were a good size. Our biggest gripe was the internet WiFi connection was terrible as was the speed. We would consider staying there again if in Osaka.

A very nice and quiet place to stay in Osaka especially for family with kids. The area is very quiet and safe. The hotel is within five minutes walk from the Osaka JR subway line and ten minutes walk from Osaka metro. The room we stayed in was specious enough for family of six and has a washer inside the room which helped a lot with doing laundry. I highly recommend this hotel

This hotel was fantastic, it was very affordable, we couldn't believe how nice it was when we walked in the room. We came from Tokyo with a small room for 3 people. This room was big and spacious. It had laundry in the room. The dryer situation was interesting, youd hang up all your clothes in the shower stall, close the doors and start a heater/dryer. We ran it overnight and our clothes were dry in the morning. This location was a great basecamp for exploring Osaka, Kyoto and Nara. The nearby train station made it easy to connect to the places we wanted to visit. We noticed other Eslead properties around this one and we decided if we ever come back to Osaka, we would try and stay in an eslead again. This location had no reception staff. All check in and check out was done on a tablet at the entrance. We were responsible for taking our garbage down to the garbage room but it was no problem at all. The room was fully stocked with plenty of towels, toothbrushes and othe toiletries. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Travelled solo and ended up booking a room for a really great price. Very spacious and well maintained and stocked. Although I didn’t use them, it came with its own kitchenette set and laundry. Amenities a plenty as it was designed for a family to stay there. Instructions on how to use them were in English and Japanese. Fairly close to a few stations, 5-10 min walk. Check in and check out was through an iPad at the door, was a little confused at first but once I found them it was really easy. Rooms operate on code locks. Close to Tsukentaku tower and a quick train ride away from Dotonbori. Would 100% stay here again if I could get it at the same price I did. The one issue that came up was that sometimes the wifi would cut out in the middle of the night and I would have to reset the router. There were instructions given on how to do that, it was a little difficult to find the small router as I was looking for a bigger console, but once I found the small router plugged into the wall, the instructions were easy to follow. Overall very happy with the experience and the stay.

The property was in a good location, very close to metro lines and Shinsekai, and reasonably close to the large shopping/eating areas Ōsaka is known for. We chose to walk the distance, and it was about 25 minutes to walk. The neighborhood was quiet. Rooms are excellent with in room laundry and balcony. Except for the email for self check in that did not happen with the Orbitz.com booking (easily corrected at the front door), the stay was very pleasant, safe, and comfortable. We would stay again!!

The room is comfortable for a family visiting Osaka. It is not far from the metro station. The check in was smooth no hassle even though there is no front desk. You can cook inside as everything you need is there. Family Mart is just nearby to buy convenience. I highly recommend ESLEAD Hotel in Namba Ebisu West for those who want to visit Osaka.
