Overall stay was excellent. The best location possible if you’re idea of a vacation is to shop like ours is. Won’t ever consider staying anywhere else while in Osaka. The staff and hotel accommodations are top notch. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have a great time with style and class.

Swiss Nankai is an absolute delight to stay From the staff to the rooms the reception coffee lounge I felt welcomed every time I engaged with any staff member. Toko Geoffrey at reception Katayama massage therapist and Myu at the spa area. The location is right at the entrance of Ebisu bridge street for shopping and dining.
