When we got there, staff was friendly and helpful. Geoffery was amazing. He even helped us upgrade our room. Food was very good. Hotel was very clean central located and everything was in very good walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be in Namba.

This was incredibly spacious for a Japanese hotel. They had every amenity possible, we didn't have to bring any toiletries. The staff was extremely helpful and had perfect english. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced in my life. Everything was extremely fresh, seasoned, and cooked to absolute perfection.

This hotel was one of the best we have stayed in Japan, its location is super close to the main shopping areas of Dotonbori The hotel sits above the Namba station and is served by multiple subway lines, so getting there is very easy from the Shin Osaka station. The room was very nice and we had a great view of the city from the 23rd floor. Breakfast was included and tasted well.

Central location, big rooms and comfy beds and the view at breakfast is to die for. However very confusing accessing this hotel as it has no street access and part of a huge train station we constantly got lost which was a huge frustration for us. That’s why I only have it 4 stars but the property is lovely.

The Swissôtel is perfectly located near the shopping center and the train station. Although a bit hard to find the entrance initially it was very convenient to travel to the airport. Walking to the Shinsaibashi shopping area was very easy and convenient.
