The Swissôtel is perfectly located near the shopping center and the train station. Although a bit hard to find the entrance initially it was very convenient to travel to the airport. Walking to the Shinsaibashi shopping area was very easy and convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the city and access transportation. The service was outstanding throughout my stay—staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel has a great ambiance, and everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The only downside was that the room felt a bit small for my preference. Aside from the room size, everything else exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We had a great stay at Swissôtel Osaka. The location is excellent—right above Namba Station, which made getting around the city extremely easy and convenient. The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely stay here again, especially because of the location.
