The building itself is older but clean and comfortable. The views are amazing on the higher levels. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is ideal, walking distance to transportation, grocery, convenient store, pharmacy, Donki , eateries and Premium outlets. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet , which is located on the top floor.

At first I wasn’t sure about the upgraded room but after waking in the morning, had a fantastic view 2 corners. Got to see the mountain range city view and the water view. It was great, firm bed, lots of room, shower a bit dated but worked great. Really one of the better stays I have been too. Will definitely come back again.

Very convenient location. Connected to the train station that goes directly to KXI. The view from our room is wonderful and very spacious. Staff were very helpful and they let you store luggage. There is a family mart onsite and a 711 in the station. Rinku outlets is about a 10mins walk along with some good restaurants.

Great proximity to airport. Beautiful view we stayed on 31st floor. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. The rooms are a bit dated but are spacious. Beds a little uncomfortable. Shuttle was only to terminal 1 and we had to fly out of terminal 2 so we had to catch another shuttle at airport. Good stay if you are flying out. Thank you

Staff were lovely, lobby area was very nice. Lifts are very loud in the room every 5-10 minutes so you need earplugs, which they have at reception. The room itself was quite dated, decor straight out of the 90s, everything was very used and worn and the walls were dirty, in need of a fresh coat of paint. The carpet also had a concerning number of mystery stains and splatters on it. The free bus service to the airport was a nice benefit, you have to book for this in advance. The train station is right by the hotel which is very convenient, and there is also a Lawson and Family Mart within 5 minutes of the hotel.
