I read some very negative reviews about this hotel the night before I arrived. I found it super easy to get to from the airport. 1 stop on the subway and a couple of minutes from the station. Great when I arrived at midnight. Room was large & clean. Smoking room but I never noticed any smell and I am sensitive to odours. Next to elevator but not a problem. Just stayed the one night before leaving Osaka but I would stay here again! Great view in the morning across Osaka & Kobe.

Great location next to the Rinku train station with nice big rooms. Unbelievable view of the city of Osaka from my room on the 40th floor. Even better view of the city and Kansai Airport from the buffet breakfast room located on the 54th floor. The breakfast itself was well worth the stay. Highly recommended. Only a few minutes walk to the Rinku Shopping Outlets and

Stayed for just a couple of nights but had the best time. Having RinkuTown station right next to the hotel was so convenient and the staff was wonderful when I checked in and out. They had answers to all my questions and helped me with everything I needed. First time solo traveler to Japan and they made everything so easy. Would definitely stay again!

Staff is inflexible and speaks poor English. I arrived 9am as my flight arrived early, had to scroll around to wait for check in (3pm) with bad jet lag. Wish the hotel has early check in options like ones in other countries. Front desk staff speaks poor English, hotel room is out dated with stains. Everything needs some improvements.
