The customer service and staff were excellent. They were so helpful in every aspect.The staff spoke English so our communication was great. The hotel was location was ideal and perfect to the train/metro stations and nearby eateries.

This hotel was the best one i stayed in during my first trip to Japan! The beds were so comfy, everything was super clean, and having the laundry in building was super clutch to clean up before we left. Staff was super friendly too! The breakfast was also the best one me and my friends had while we were out there, would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in Osaka!

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The extra things like tea, coffee, pajamas, toothbrushes, and combs were all self-service in the lobby which was nice. And there’s a lot of things that can be loaned such as iced pillows. However, we weren’t impressed by the cleanliness - bedsheets and curtains came stained.
