Great place to stay as its close to the shinkansen station shin Osaka. It is also conveniently close to restaurants, convenience stores and even supermarkets for amenities. I had a lovely time whilst at Smile Hotel in Osaka. All staff was humble and welcoming. Cleanliness was their top priority and everything was spotless. Size of the rooms are suitable for a couple and beds /w pillows are very comfortable. Highly recommend if and it’s an ideal place to stay if you’ve got a Shinkansen train to catch on your Jp trip.

Pros: We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The breakfast was awesome with wide variety of hot and cold stuff. Very close to their metro (underground) system.
