This is our second time staying at this hotel. Great location, close to subway and Dotonbori, plenty of shopping and dining options. Staff is always from and they kept our luggage and allowed us to hang out in the lobby while we waited for our transportation to depart. Room was clean and spacious, but the internet wasn’t strong enough, kept on dropping the Wi-Fi.
