Would stay here again!

We liked the convenience of having more space than a japan hotel room. It was walking distance to Dotonbori and Kuromon market. There were a lot of great restaurants in the area. We were also able to wash our clothes which is a major plus. The hotel was great at communication and was so gracious to arrange for our luggage to be delivered to our next destination.

My familly and I enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and spacious. It was very convenient for us to walk around the town as well. It’s close to Dotonbori and the train station. Definitely will be back again next time.

stay was great, and allowed us to check in an hour earlier, as we were incredibly hot from carrying our luggage. They were incredibly helpful and were eager to help in case we needed anything, and we had nothing to complain about!

I like the strong water pressure in the shower. Clean and tidy. Great and easy communication with property management. Easy access to train stations and Dotonborri. What is missing are the clothes dryer and iron. Everything else is great.

Great beautiful place

This was located in the excellent area for tourists and we enjoyed every single day around Osaka and Kyoto. Even around the neighborhood has old style arcade which brought us good childhood memories (I’m Japanese National and live in Hawaii long time). The room was clean, AC working, quiet at night, comfortable beds, spacious for a big city in Japan, and easy communication with the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Room is big and clean. A budget choice. Inconvenience to train station, instead need 13 minutes to arrive japan bridge station platform. Also far to main shopping street. Few local restaurants around.

More spacious than Tokyo hotel rooms for sure. I like that the shower room is separate from the toilet room, and there's an in-house washing machine. Within walking distance from Dotonburi, Kurumon market and Shinsaibashi shopping. My family of 5 arrived at 1pm. Check-in doesn't happen until 3pm. They have a luggage storage for rent while waiting, which was my original plan. When we got there, the caretakers are in the middle of cleaning our room from the previous renter. I requested last minute if we could just check in instead, as soon as they're done cleaning because it is way too hot (36 degrees). For 1500 yen per hour extra fee, I wouldn't mind paying. I paid the caretaker cash as soon as he confirmed that we can. Yes cash, as I heard Japanese people are that trustworthy. He only charged me 1.5 hours too instead of 2 hours, because we waited 20 minutes. My family was able to settle in comfortably. Arigato gozaimasu! The room was clean, there was just the food smell from the previous tenant that lingered for a bit. My only suggestion is maybe they should put an electric fan right by the entrance of the hotel during summer. It is very cramped and humid, esp. when you share it with the other renters while waiting for the elevators.

Very clean and modern hotel that easily accommodated our family of 5. Separate washroom and shower room and a decent kitchen all away from the living room/sleeping area. Self check-in and out was simple and communication with the manager was easy. Only complaint would be that the location is a bit further from the train station than we would have liked but it is still walkable. 5 minute walk to the heart of Dontunburi area as well. Laundry mat and convenience stores are a minute away.

It was really hard to find the hotel as it wasn’t where the map lead us to and it was our first time in Japan… the building facade was under construction and hard to recognize. I couldn’t connect to the internet and was not able to receive the code for our key locker message sent on the day. Thankfully there was a staff that approached us to solve the problem. He probably was in the security cam room. After that, everything was great. Check out was easy. Room was small but typical of Japan. Had separate toilet and shower which was great! Pola aromatherapy shampoo etc smelled wonderful and relaxing! Very close to Dotonbori! Clean and will choose there again if we go back!

万博、USJ旅行で2泊3日利用させて頂きました。家族5人での利用で設備、広さともに充分で清潔感も問題ありません。コミュニケーションはExpediaメッセージ、SMSでのやり取りになりますが緊急の用事でない限り、こちらも問題ありませんでした。お値段も安くて助かりました。

部屋自体は綺麗だったが、台所付近の匂いが臭くて不快だった。定員内で宿泊しているのに追加ゲスト代がとられている内訳がよくわからず、説明不足を感じた。普通に寝て過ごすためだけなら、安価でとても満足に過ごせると思う。

About a 10 minute walk to the subway tricky of you have luggage there are not escalators The room wasn’t quiet the road noise was a bit loud The room was large and had a washing machine super bonus!!! Lots of restaurants Fantastic AC unit!!!
