This hotel is in the same building as the Shin-Osaka Station (Bullet train). You don't need to step out to a busy street. As close as you get to the station.
Although the room is on the small side, it is normal in big cities in Japan. The toilet was separate from the bathroom, which we liked. The room had all the necessary amenities, such as shampoo and conditioner, a refrigerator, a pot, coffee and tea, a toothbrush and razor, etc.(you need to pick up some necessary items at the front desk). They also gave us free bottles of water. The staff were all kind, polite, and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet with darkening shade.
The breakfast was served at a Vietnamese restaurant in the same building. They had three choices: Japanese-style, Pho and Banh-mi combo, or Pho and curry combo. The drinks and desserts had many choices and were in buffet style. It was more than enough we would normally eat for breakfast, and all tasted great.
We stayed here because our plan changed unexpectedly due to weather delays, and we arrived at the station very late. We would stay here again, especially when we need to catch a train very early or arrive very late.
