Good location, next few steps from Higobashi (Metro train) station. Comfy room and spacious as Japanese standard but enough for 1 or 2 luggages storage.There is laundry room available on the 4th floor, so it is convenient for clothes management of the luggage weight limitation. Very good housekeeping and staffs are very nice. I keep coming back to stay at this place anytime visiting Osaka.

Room is clean and have friendly staff.. Restaurant is only open for pricy breakfast buffet for with limited choices for eggs, no cheeses and meat is mainly pork sausage, bacon and ham, I did not try lunch and it is not open for dinner.

Everything at this hotel was superb… except for the pillows. Maybe it’s just my preference with firmness. Check-in and out was a smooth experience. Everything was clean and orderly. Air conditioning worked well.

Excellent price, convenience to metro and 7-eleven for suica to pups, and staff. Lobby is minimal and rooms are cramped, making it impossible to work or take calls. An easy improvement would be to open up part of the restaurant area for work, as it is rarely used to capacity at meal times. Losing some rooms to make for some workspace would also be much appreciated. Otherwise, clean, well priced, and convenient.

Clean room with all the expected amenities. Very friendly staff, I’d always get an “ohayo” or “konnichiwa” when walking past. Very convenient location, just 1 stop away from Osaka station, although Osaka is so pleasant that I’d usually just walk 15 minutes instead of taking the train. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Osaka.

Although my stay was a short one, I very much enjoyed this hotel. The staff were very kind, and very helpful when I tried to forward my luggage to my next hotel. I had made a mistake that became this huge thing, but the employee was very kind in helping me trying to figure it out. He was also willing to call the company that forwards the luggage, in order to help me correct my mistake. Plenty of interesting restaurants around, train entrances, were pretty much on every corner around the hotel.
