Excellent property, walkable to many shops, convenient stores and restaurants. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff were attentive and the onsite breakfast cafe a must try. There was also laundry facilities on site which was very helpful to my extended travels across Japan. Highly recommend.

無料の朝食のおにぎりがあたたかく大きくて美味しかったです。卵かけご飯か、おにぎりで選べました。バスタブはなかったけど、トイレと別でとても良いです。コスパとても良いです。

結論から言いますと、ベットと布団が汚い！毛とシミがある！汚くて5回も部屋変えてる時点でおかしい！こちらはせっかくの記念日の旅行で、5泊も予約しましたが、初日夜チェックインして、ベッドに髪の毛と黒いシミ数箇所がありました。スタッフに言ったら、部屋を変えてもらいましたが、その新しい部屋も、布団の下にまた人の毛がありました。その後、さらに新しい部屋案内されて、そこも布団あけると、ベッドのカバーにまた人の毛と黄色シミがありました。その後、部屋変えて、ベッドと布団に汚れありの繰り返し、結局5回も部屋変えて、やっと布団に髪の毛や曲がっている毛がない部屋がありました。でも、後でちゃんと見たら、泊まった部屋のベッドにも薄い黄色シミあったが、もう疲れたから、そのまま我慢して、服を着たまま、布団も使わずに寝ました。翌日、廊下で部屋清掃するスタッフを見たら、日本語がそこまで上手くない、若い外国人男性でした。（別に人差別のつもりは全然ないですが）でもそれを見て、だから掃除が雑ってのが少し納得しました。掃除多少雑なら、あの後清掃のチェックはしないかな？部屋汚くて5回も部屋変えるのも意味わからない！なぜクレームなっているのに、先にスタッフで部屋チェックしないのかな？5回ともこちらで自分でチェックして、ダメなところ探さないといけない？何のプレー？客は間違い探し？部屋汚れ探し？のゲームしないといけないの？まじで不愉快で、気持ち悪い！それと、初日に1階エレベーター前にある、歯ブラシなど置いてある消耗品のところに、カミソリがなかったため、カウンターのスタッフにカミソリはないですか聞いたら、ないとのことでした。最初からないモノはしょうがないと思ってました。でも、次の日また1階の備品コーナー見たら、カミソリがありました。あるのに、適当にないと回答する意味もわからん！こちらは色々と呆れたけど、終始我慢してスタッフには良い態度をとってたから、スタッフに舐められているのか、それともそーゆー経営理念かわからないけど！マジで最悪！！金をくれても、2度と行かない！
