this hotel provide lots of facilities to customers including the free drink , hot spring , gym. i and my family does have a good time when stay at the hotel. the location is also convenient for visiting osaka.

Nothing but good words for the hotel itself, as it is convenient and close to the metro. The facilities are great with onsen, area for food and drinks and attentive staff. As for the hotel guests, this rather ruined the ambience and our experience. The majority of the hotel guests during our stay were loud, rude, and highly unaware of this behaviour. I would only recommend this hotel during off peak seasons as loud guests ruined this hotel for us.

Family stay

We had an amazing time on our four night stay. The beds were comfortable and the location was ideal walking distance to all the Osaka highlights. Train station right at the door when required. Free ice cream, drinks and ramen. The hot springs is wonderful. All the amenities and facility was as advertised. Washer and dryer located on level 2 for ¥300 per load. Great value and convenience. Plenty of food available in the area too.

It was very pleasant overall. Friendly staffs, clean facility, very spacious bathroom with a tub and onsen was the best. One small complaint I had was their breakfast. It was 2,000yen but their menu was exactly the same.

Enjoyed our time at this property as it had everything along with all of the amenities. As a family of 5 the late night ramen from 9 to 10pm was a hit! I was able to use the onsen 2 times during our 6 night stay (got back too late from universal and expo) and found it good. One large pool along with a small cold pool. Best time to go was during the ramen experience as there was little to know people in the onsen at that time. Hotel provided all of the toiletries that were needed (towels, comb, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Hotel also provided next day transfer services to our next location (Hakone) and the prices were quite reasonable.

It was a fair hotel. Quite hectic in the mornings in the breakfast area. Busy time of the year I guess. Rooms were clean but kinda small. Asked for another pair of pyjamas, towels and slippers but were not given any. They said they gave us enough. But we had three people in our room and were only provided two. Our room was fairly clean but the halls smelt funny, like cigarettes and smelly carpets. The area was super cool though. Walkable! The train station a minute away! Super convenient!

Very good! The hotel provides free ice-cream, coffee and tea all day, alcoholic drinks from 15:30 - 20:30 and ramen everyday from 21:00. Please check with the reception before. Can’t say that those are very good in quality but given it is free of charge, it is very good activities to gather with friends and families in the area. It is very close to the train station, just at the corner next to the hotel: there are so many restaurants and convenience stores beside. I will definitely book the hotel again

This hotel was very convenient, close to the train station and easy to walk to various locations around Osaka. The room was comfortable. It was very noisy though and very busy. Sometimes it was hard to get service as there were so many people.

We stayed at the Osaka Hinode Hotel for 3 nights and it was a good accommodation! The room was the most spacious one we had in Japan and was pretty clean. The sector isn’t the best but the hotel does provide a nice view from the rooftop terrace. Honestly the only downside about this hotel was the amount of people there. Many many tour groups of travelers which caused us to have to sometimes wait in line for elevators (even if there’s many) and the common spaces were always super packed. This is obviously not the hotel’s fault but I wouldn’t recommend staying if you are looking for a quiet environment. The free food and drinks were great and the hotel staff was kind and helpful. It is right next to a train station, which is convenient!

Great location for landmarks, easy walk to lots of train stations. Comfy beds, small but normal rooms. Lots of food options outside. Amenities looking little old, great free alcohol, beer, drinks, ice cream etc. Average breakfast for westerner but large variety. Onsen just outside but nice & massage chairs were appreciated. House keeping staff left dirty towels & rubbish in hallways which isn’t nice to look at. Near a fire station so heard sirens at night, can be busy in lobby & lifts due to tour buses but not too bad.
