Staff is very friendly, greeting us very enthusiastically every time we enter the hotel. The no-shoes-policy is very ideal for my toddler as she can run around freely in the room. The onsen was very good too, it's such a nice activity after a whole day of walking. I like how they provided basket for us to take to onsen to place our belongings and towels. I absolutely love their breakfast(tempura & sashimi are really delicious) and their ramen supper(equally delicious). Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Exceptional Japanese style hotel one stop away from Osaka station (walkable distance about 20 minutes if you don’t mind walking) and three stations from Namba, all on the same line. Offers all the facilities including a great oncen, and a very handy position. Recommended!

I can’t really fault this place. My room was spotlessly clean and pretty spacious for Japan. The onsen was great - a nightly ritual I came to love. I didn’t eat at the hotel so no comment on the breakfast. It’s close to multiple metro lines, including trains direct to Kyoto. Easy to walk downtown or Umeda. I’d definitely stay here again with great pleasure.

We had a corner double room and it was a good size. The onsen onsite was amazing. Washing machine was free which was nice. The location is close to the metro but about a 20 minute ride from all the popular spots. Quiet area.

Almost like a ryokan. You will be walking on tatami mats throughout the hotel from check in to the room. The public onsen was clean and very relaxing. Breakfast buffet had many options, including tempura and chiraishi bowls. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating for English speakers. Would stay this chain when I revisit Japan in future

Absolutely love this hotel! From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re in a ryokan and the staff are so friendly. Despite the hotel being japanese-style, the rooms were clean and we had enough space for the two of us and our luggages. The complimentary yaki soba noodles from 9-11pm every night was amazing after a long day out, along with the variety of free ice creams. We opted for the breakfast and the selection was incredible, lots of japanese food but still something for everyone. The location is close to the station without is it being in a busy or loud area. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Osaka
