The location is excellent, the surrounding environment is particularly pleasant and quiet. The hotel's afternoon tea is very good. It's very close to Shinsaibashi and the subway, and all the major brands like LV and Chanel are within easy reach.

The room was larger than I expected for a Japanese hotel. It was also very thoughtful appointed with good lughting, including reading lanps and foot lights to prevent you from sinking your toes in the middle of the night. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The bath and toilet were very good.

Good location for travelling around Osaka. Well maintained hotel with nice rooms and breakfast had a lot of options. Did have some problems with the wifi but that is being picky. The split elevator access was not a problem for us. Very respectful staff. Good all round stay.

The hotel is next to the road where every night car enthusiasts rev their cars. The hotel offers ear plugs as consolation. This might put off some people, but as a sensitive sleeper myself I slept fine. Staff are polite, the hotel is well maintained and in a convenient location, the bed is comfortable, and the space is adequate for 1-2 people. I love that the shower and bath area are separate!
