The location is excellent, the surrounding environment is particularly pleasant and quiet. The hotel's afternoon tea is very good. It's very close to Shinsaibashi and the subway, and all the major brands like LV and Chanel are within easy reach.

Good location for travelling around Osaka. Well maintained hotel with nice rooms and breakfast had a lot of options. Did have some problems with the wifi but that is being picky. The split elevator access was not a problem for us. Very respectful staff. Good all round stay.

The hotel is next to the road where every night car enthusiasts rev their cars. The hotel offers ear plugs as consolation. This might put off some people, but as a sensitive sleeper myself I slept fine. Staff are polite, the hotel is well maintained and in a convenient location, the bed is comfortable, and the space is adequate for 1-2 people. I love that the shower and bath area are separate!

The best hotel we stayed in Japan. The staff were very friendly and willing to help us. The breakfast was great, with lots of fruits (rare find!), vegetables, French toast, juices, croissants, cappuccino/ latte machine, yogurt, eggs, etc. The room was very clean, good size, big comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower and bath tub too. The location is also a plus, 10-15 minutes walk to Dotonbori, 35 minutes walking from Osaka Station. We would love to come back to this beautiful hotel again.

The woman at the front desk was very nice. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself is very hip and in a great part of town. Easy walk to two trains, rent a bike outside and a delicious bakery one block down.
