Nice clean room, just outside tube station. Free Shuttle available to the airport. Ammenities should be already available in the room instead of carrying it after check in and number of towels available should reflect the number of people sleeping.

I was disappointed to find that pajamas required an additional rental fee, which felt contrary to the spirit of thoughtful guest care. That said, I did appreciate the spaciousness of the room and the comfortable layout of the bathroom and shower areas. The tatami space, in particular, provided a relaxing environment that I truly enjoyed.

When looking for accommodations, i searched for properties with airport shuttle service so i picked OMO Kansai. When i reached out to the hotel regarding pickup location, i didn't get a response so the night i flew in, i walked all over the hotel shuttle depot but didn’t find a pick up sign for this particular hotel so i caught a train to the hotel only to find out their shuttle service is very limited and only one way, from the hotel to the airport. I feel the sight should specify limited shuttle service. I would've done a deeper dive into exactly what that translated to. The room was your basic Japan room, small. No bottled water was provided and the absolute worst part of the room was the air conditioning. It's a blazing 34°c, aka 91.4°f and the ac is restricted to go below 23.5°c, aka 74 3°f. Unexceptable! A lot of guests left their doors ajar because the hallways were cooler. I will seek better accommodation next time knowing what i know now.

Is very close to the Osaka airport if you're coming in on a late flight. It has a Lawson convini on the promises open 24 hours so that's great. They have a free shuttle to the airport. And you have some Isakayas walking distance. They have microwave, cold water stations and laundry room. The rooms don't have phones to call reception. But there's a service phone next to the elevator so that's okay. So once again a great hotel if you are coming into Osaka on a late flight. Or if you're leaving Osaka in an early morning flight.
