If you want to experience what Namba brings - buzzling with street vendors ,shops , restaurants then this is the place to be , easy access ( walking ) to train stations , Dotonbori , Kuromon market and easy train rides to nearby attractions , excellent staff , excellent breakfast, laundry lounge is a huge plus and is free! , there is also a guest lounge which offers free alcohol, coffee ,tea and light snacks every night - well worth the money - you won’t find this in Tokyo

I stayed in this hotel whenever I visit Osaka in the past 15 years. The location is excellant. Staff are nice and helpful. Since the renovation this year, the price has been raised by 50% I believe. Cannot afford it and have to look for somewhere more affordable.

The location of the hotel is great and convenient. It is close to 2 stations and Namba Walk is just outside. Dotonbori and Kuromon Market are easily walkable as well. The room is spacious but I can tell it is quite old but still clean. The amenities on offer are great as well. The staff are really helpful and courteous. The laundry facilities is the biggest I have seen in my travels. They also have lots of dining options at the lower levels of the hotel plus a lounge you can relax at next to reception.
