We stayed here mainly for the sumo tournament which is only a couple of minutes away on foot. Dotonbori is within walking distance. Easy access to public transport. Convenience store very close. We would definitely stay here again. The room was big enough for three. Great shower. Easy keyless check in. Comfy beds. Very little noise within the facility but the street sounds could get loud at times. Nice, clear instruction book for everything in Japanese, English, and Korean. Incredibly quick and helpful communications at any time of day.

Good location but noisy complex

Good sized apartment for Japan in a great location. Comfortable bed, although its low (no bedframe) which may not suit some. We stayed on top floor (7) which only had two apartments, however it was extremely noisy for at least 1 hour each night (starting around 10:30-12pm) from the occupants of the other apartment, and some days early morning too. Would not stay here again due to lack of sound proofing.

The first room I was assigned had multiple questionable red and brown stains on the carpet floor, was significantly smaller compared to pictures, and air conditioning unit was weak. The manager was very good with communicating back to me and moved my party to a larger room that was cleaner. The only issue with that room was that the refrigerator smelled like there was a dead rat in it. Good customer service overall.

住在這裡10天，房間寬敞（3人房可以攤開四咖行李箱，環境整潔，因為是民宿，一切訊息聯絡，不會被打擾，反而有種自在感，同時還能透過訊息聯絡詢問一些問題，都能得到即時與有用的建議，唯一的小缺點應該就是洗了衣服不好晒乾吧。

コスパ最高のキッチン付きのお部屋

アパートの一部屋のような、小さなキッチンもあり快適でした。シャワーの水圧が充分でありがたかったです。ただ、大通りに面しているので夜中の暴走車やパトカー救急車などの音で、ゆっくりは寝られませんでしたので、星を減らしています。

2층에 묵었기 때문에 커튼을 한번도 열지 못했어요. 밖이 바로 보이고 밖에서도 안이 바로 보여서요. 또한 위에층에서 밤중에(2시)도 쿵쾅거려서 시끄러웠어요. 5일이나 장기 숙박(?)했는데 좀 더 높은 층이었으면 좋았을 듯해요. 그리고 숙소가 큰 대로변에 있어서 오토바이 폭주족 소리가 너무 심했어요.

房間較細, 不能同時打開2個喼, 而且窗外對著很多墓碑, 附近亦不知為什麼有很多救護車響號經過, 但房間設有小廚房, 設備齊全, 值得一讚
