Just the way we want, and location is perfect for a good touristy walk. Shinsekai just across the street , tsutenkaku is close by , Tennoji zoo is walking distance. I suggest for fist time visitor to walk around and you can get a good finds on the area.

The area was very noisy at night. Lots of street noise from the nearby Shinsekai neighbourhood and train tracks right outside. The location is great to walk to the Tsutenkaku tower and easy transit to Dontonburi and the the Shinsaibashi Suji shopping areas. Laundry in the suite was nice, but the combined washer/ dryer does not dry clothes well. The bathroom does have a clothes drying fan in the shower which did work pretty well.

The hotel was in a great location, clean and of a good size for three people, having a separate room as well for the parents was great. The staff were very helpful and being able to leave luggage when we arrived early and had a late flight at the end of our holiday was so good.

Another great three nights in the heart of Osaka. Easy walk to Tsutenkaku Tower n Shinsekai Market along with access to three train stations within ten minutes. Balcony has a great view of the tower!

Great location with many things in walking distance. Room was a little small with only places to really sit were outside or on the beds. Loved the balcony view but highlight was the washing machine and drying room, was fantastic to be able to wash clothes in room with clothes drying overnight with the handy room settings. Staff were really friendly, we were able to leave our bags with them and when we came back to check in the bags were waiting in our room
