The beds are very comfortable, the location is great and we had great views towards the river. The breakfast is outstanding with plenty of options including Japanese food which was a plus being our first visit to Japan. The staff is very friendly and helpful and provided great service. I’ll definitely book this hotel again for our next trip to Osaka. I was a very pleasant experience staying at Mitsui Hotel.

MGH Premier was very clean, there was a nice selection of restaurants close by and access to trains nearby. We really appreciated the free shuttle service to the main Osaka train station, going and coming, which really made it easy to navigate to other areas. The staff was friendly and always accommodating. We also enjoyed the top floor spa area to relax in after a long day of touring. The shower was large with plenty of hot water. We would stay there again.

Another great hotel from this luxury chain. The lobby is stylish and inviting, the staff were lovely, patient, kind and efficient. Spoke English and tried to help me whenever I needed anything. Room had a fantastic view of the river and was clean, tidy with everything you could need. Shuttle bus between hotel and Osaka station was great, runs twice an hour and three times an hour during peak times throughout the day.
