At MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi WEST, the staff's hospitality left a lasting impression. Especially Melissa's restaurant guide was very helpful, allowing the whole family to enjoy a pleasant dining experience. The staff was amazing and very kind. The location was near a grocery store and the hotel gave you a coupon for 5% off for every purchase. They have coffee available in their lobby.The subway stations are close. It is in a high designer brand name area. Good walking distance to Dontonbori. They have laundry facilities on site. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay with my family. Jake checked us in and is one of the friendliest and most helpful receptionist we have had.
