The hotel is located in a convenient location. Our room was nice with an all in one washer/dryer. But the lighting in our room was pretty dim, with the window of our room facing an alley, there’s just not much light coming in. Overall, that just made our room too dark!

Excellent location. Close to the main shopping street and the famous running man sign. 15 walk to Namba station. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it was so dark. The rooms and hallways were dark and the lighting in the room was terrible for putting makeup on.

The lighting is HORRIBLE at this hotel - so dark and the ceilings are low. This family room could no way accommodate seven people. I would not stay here again. Location was good.

It is in a busier area so lots more people around, I will agree that the lighting was a little to dim in hallways and rooms but I suppose it added to the ambience of your into that !
