Downfalls with the property is no front end staff everything is virtual check-in, which is hard for foreigners, poor ventilation in the room, kept pulling in the smoking fumes from outside. Beds are hard as a rock.

Quiet, good standard for the price. We came here with our two kids, perfect place to set up base for our adventures in osaka. Metro is just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, a short walk to Osaka Aquarium and the shuttleboat to Universal studios. If anything, the beds are a bit stiff but other then that its a fantastic budget stay.

Nice place to stay and very affordable. Basically a home from home. With small fridge,microwave and hob to cook on with knives,forks,spoons and plates and bowls. Laundry facilities downstairs (washing machines and tumble driers for a very good price too) Very pleased with our stay overall.

The hotel location is at a very good place where you can enjoy traditional food from Osaka. The train station was only about a 5 minute walk and the aquarium was a 10 minute walk. Super convenient location.
