The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient. Close to the station and surrounded by good restaurants, cafes and shops. We were able to walk to all thr mahor shopping arcades. The beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly.

We loved how much room there was in the loft room for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The only thing I’d love to see would be some drawers or shelves to unpack clothes into. The location was great with a short and easy walk to multiple train stations. The staff were friendly and the gym was a bonus.

Wonderful hotel and brilliant staff. Lots of games to choose from and great facilities on site for an apartment hotel (which often have very limited lobby areas). Great location too. The only negative would be a personal opinion: the beds were incredibly firm - the hardest mattresses we experienced in 4 different hotels in Japan.

The staff at Miramu Osaka - Namba Station, are amazing and went above and beyond to assist us when a member of our family needed to see a doctor during our stay. We are very grateful for their care, and everything at the property was great.

Location is great. Really vibrant, fun part of the city that felt safe to walk to dinner etc at night. Good for kids, the small lobby area has board games and free coffee/ tea & cool drinks which was nice. The hotel felt like home away from home. The staff at reception were so friendly and happy to help us. We stayed at a few other hotels across Japan and will re book with Mimaru next time mainly due to how great the staff were.

This was a great apartment for our family. The staff are friendly and the location is great, close to shops and restaurants. Just have to walk under10 minutes to the train station.
