I loved this place! It was centrally and perfectly located, they also offered welcome drinks and snacks, that you could enjoy everyday - it was great! The facial products and amenities were awesome. And the shower was top notch!! The hotel itself was super clean, well maintained - and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly! I would def stay again the next time I’m in Osaka! ❤️

Hotel was modern and clean. Our room was very nice and had a separate sink & toilet area from the shower. The beds were comfortable. The hotel’s location is amazing. It’s just a few minutes walk from the Dotonbori and other lively neighborhoods. Lots of delicious restaurants nearby as well.

The best part about this hotel for me was their Excellent location, it was minutes away from the train station, dontobori and shensaibashi. Great lobby with refreshments. Rooms were decent size with good sized beds, there was plenty of room (interconnecting rooms) for 5 of us.

Air conditioning has 2 settings only, on and off. You can’t change the point so if you like a really cold room this may not be your place. It works well enough as a retreat from the summer heat. They currently have some renovations in work but the property is still well maintained for the open areas. Overall very clean with helpful staff in the reception area.

Good, clean room and helpful staff. The air conditioning is very poor and despite having it on full blast and the lowest temperature setting the room was very hot. I have not had this issue at the many other hotels we stayed at on our trip. Great option otherwise, but if you need to be cold to sleep, I would think twice about staying here.

This hotel is by far the best I have stayed so far. Location was great, close to everything. Rooms are very clean and staffs are friendly. The breakfast was amazing. It’s like a buffet. There were so many selections to choose from and food is delicious. They even offer free matcha 24/7 for guests. I will definitely stay here again.
