The twin bed room is very small as it is in the busy area in Umeda. The breakfast provided in the restaurant on the 1/F has a variety of food, like Japanese style food, western style food, salad and fruits. It is a reasonable choice if you don't need to stay in the hotel for long hours during your visit in Osaka.

This was such a nice place to stay in while we were in Osaka! I liked how convenient the location was, the hotel even had an elevator go directly down to the underground malls/train stations! The hotel was comfortable and the beds and amenities were great!

Great Japanese 3 star hotel located within walking distance of metro and airport bus transfers. Made it easy to get around everywhere when we were visiting. Clean and nice breakfast.

Location of the property was very good, close to Umeda Station which provides easy access to the Midosuji line to get to tourist spots. There are a variety of dining areas close to the hotel and in the malls close by. Take the elevator from the hotel to the basement and it leads to dining areas and the mall. The size of our room was decent for one with twin beds. I had a problem with the toilet that had stains that was either hard to get at to clean or not possible to clean. Either way it was unpleasant. Either change the whole toilet or find a way to have your guests enjoy a perfectly white toilet. Staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke English well so communication was a non-issue. Breakfast was okay, nothing exceptional. It would have been nice if they would have whole grain breads to choose. They had Costa coffee which I enjoyed.
