Loved the staff. The rooms were clean. They provide plenty of amenities. Free drinks after 11 am and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The lady from the breakfast buffet was super nice.

The room we stayed in was dirty. Stains on the floor and the wall. Expedia information was misleading because it said it was a 3 minute drive to Dotombori-bashi but it isn’t.

Good location with train stations within 10 minutes walk. Dotonbori area is within 35 minutes. Vending machine is right outside the hotel entrance. Because you never know when you need that fresh cold bottle of water. Overal stay was good. Walked in with a smile and left the same way.

The quality of service is impeccable. The team is attentive and always ready to help and provide the needs we have. The area is nice and quiet, and you can quickly access the city center by metro. This hotel is highly recommended.

A nice hotel

A very nice hotel to stay in. The rooms were very clean, and the free drinks on the ground floor were handy. Staff were very nice and helpful. A few convenience stores nearby, as well as some restuarants. A bit of a walk to the nearest station, but it was very quiet in this area.

DasHotel ist ruhig und sauber. Mit der Metro ist man schnell im Zentrum zum Castle kann man auch zu Fuß gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés zum Frühstücken gibt es eine ganze Reihe in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war allerdings äußerst klein. Man ist zwar häufig unterwegs und nur zum Schlafen im Hotel, aber man hatte in dem Raum nicht mal den Platz den Koffer aufzuklappen. Das war schon unpraktisch, aber auch der einzige Minuspunkt.

时间看到其他顾客说这个酒店房间小，因为我常去日本旅行的普通日本酒店还在日本酒店都是房间很小的。但是真的到达酒店打开房间门的一瞬间，我也是傻眼，这是我住过最小的酒店了。不过胜在酒店环境真的很安静，离北浜很近，大概走路5分钟，但如果去梅田要从淀屋桥搭车就要走15分钟，走了一次之后觉得太远了，都宁愿从北浜站转车到梅田。其他都一切如常。

Hotel is a 5-7 minute walk from Kitahama station. Around the area there are eateries and convenience stores which make travellers easy for their quick fix meal. The staff there are polite and friendly. It would be perfect if the room is bigger, otherwise all is good!

This a great location and close to the subway station. The room was great for what we needed it for, sleep and shower. Although it was small, we made it work - 2 large luggage and one carry on.
