We arrived late to check in to our room from our flight. Check in process was simple and easy. The only issue we came across was not having many food options due to how late it was and our kids have allergies. Very easy and convenient walk to USJ and City Walk. The building is a little bit old but they do maintain it well and it’s clean.

This place is amazing and helps extend the magic of Universal beyond just the park, fantastic location, great amenities and service was incredible. Well worth staying in here for the park to take away the morning rush!

A very nice property, conveniently located near Universal Stufios and city walk, so lots of places to eat and drink. Train station is also a few minutes walk away and the port to go to the aquarium right outside. Deliciious breakfast buffet-highly recommended! We will be staying here again for sure!

We loved this hotel, however the room we were in had a strong musty smell. We weren’t in room much just for sleeping which was comfortable. Overall a great hotel & breakfast was AMAZING!!

We loved everything about it. The staff was helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely book it when we return.

The hotel was clean and the staff were incredibly kind. They answered all my questions and offered to help. The hotel is also close to USJ and the train station. Definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and had little translators to go from Japanese to English. They hold your Luggage’s if you have a late departure on your day of checking out. They are so close to the Universal Studios Japan, which is also nearby a lot of restaurants. Great location.

The staff at Universal Port Hotel were very proactive about approaching guests to see if they needed anything at all. They were also extremely helpful with any questions we had from arranging airport transfers to reuniting us with luggage we forwarded two days before from Tokyo. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The City Walk offered a variety of dining options and the Rex cafe inside of the hotel was both affordable and delicious. The facility was clean and well maintained although only slightly dated. The provided toiletries available in the lobby were very convenient. Lastly the proximity to the train station and to Universal studios made this hotel ideal for our stay based on what we had planned!

The hotel is close to Universal Studios and the train station. The room was very comfortable for three people and had a spectacular view. The staff was very attentive and professional. My family and I loved it.
