Everything about this hotel was excellent. It's quiet, clean, and the rooms have a fantastic style that makes you feel very relaxed. It's super close to the Osakoko train station so after a long day of sightseeing around Osaka, it's really nice to have such a nice hotel to come back to and relax. I will absolutely stay there again on my next trip to Japan!

Amazing staff, very attentive, and polite. The room had plenty of space with a separate toilet closet which is helpful when multiple people are trying to get ready for the day. All staff from host to cleaning crew were very polite and helpful. The location was perfect. 2 min walk to train and several restaurants. No more than 10 min walk to attractions on Tempozan.

Our stay at hotel Sails was my favorite of our Japan trip. Professional and attentive staff, cleanliness was top notch and we had the complimentary breakfast every morning. It’s just steps away from the train station which was the best part. I would stay here again

The rooms are roomy and well-maintained. The staff do a good job and the hotel is in a good part of town. Breakfast is very skimpy. Salad, rolls and yogurt is all there is. No eggs, no bacon or sausage. No hot dishes. No fruit. The lobby has almost no furniture and the cafe is closed for hours during the day. I expected more.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Free breakfast was fresh and tasty with hardworking staff. Amenities were good (wish they had hand/body lotion), but it was the staff that made staying there outstanding! We’ll definitely comeback again and recommend Hotel Sails to family and friends.

We stay there seven days. The room is clean and big. All employees are friendly. Nabin helps us to change a room at the first day. The location is perfect, just 20 meters away from the MRT exit. The bed is Simons beauty rest. They offer Free snack and drink every evening.
