Location of the hotel was excellent, easy access to the subway below the building or across the road. 5min walk to Dontonbori strip, with heaps of shops all within walking distance. The hotel seems to recently new and well maintained, very clean and has a FamilyMart attached to the lobby. Staff are great and some are bilingual in Japanese/English. Would highly recommend

Pros: great location, not obvious that the hotel has its own subway entrance/exit which is number 12 from Namba which connects to the lowest floor of the hotel. Room was very spacious (royal suite) but uncomfortable furnishings on the sofa - wasn’t somewhere I could relax at all. All staff very helpful and attentive, breakfast ingredients especially baked goods and bacon/sausage should be a higher quality at this price point. The coffee machine dispenses very small coffee. Complimentary minibar drinks were appreciated.
