I have already stayed here couple of times and always had comfortable stays. The area isn't so dangerous than rumors. I recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a reasonable accomodation unless you expect first class service.　That's enough excellent to be worth choosing.

スタッフさんの対応は最高！些細な質問にも誠心誠意答えて下さいました。JRにも地下鉄にもアクセスがよく、大阪を観光するには非常に便利なロケーション。深夜に戻ってきてもお風呂に入れたのもとてもよかった。 一つだけちょっと気になったのはフロアから部屋の中まで、いまだに煙草の臭いが残っていること。でも、このお値段では十分すぎる施設とサービスです。
