The location is good, you can walk to Shinsaibashi, and even if you don't have to go out, you can go to the underground street from the basement of the hotel and take the subway, which is convenient. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is kind.

I had a great stay with my family in my recent Osaka trip. The property is located at near all the attractions and amenities which makes it super convenient to travel around. The train station is right under the hotel so you don't have to drag your lugged around to the train station.

The hotel is conveniently situated in Osaka's shipping district. While our room and bathroom were smaller than we had expected for two people, the central location was definitely a plus. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering both Japanese and standard breakfast options. Overall, the service was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The best hotel i have ever stayed in 45 years!!! Staff was absolutely amazing. Place was clean and well maintained. Breakfeast was phenomenal and not too expensive (around 25$ per person). Hotel is walking distance from stores n local attractions and it literally sits on top of metro train station, so its easy to commute everywhere. Room was large and bathroom was great.
