This was an excellent hotel. The room was exccellent and the property was outstanding. Most importantly the staff was wonderful. Well located between two metro stations, I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN DEFINITELY.

The room was very spacious for a Japanese hotel. I didn't realize I booked a Castle View room until I looked out the window at night and saw the specular view of the Castle. Wow!

A very pleasant day at the New Otani Osaka. Staff were exceptional and while the hotel is a bit older, it is well maintained. There is a real sense of curated to care for guests.
