We definitely recommend this hotel. The location is very convenient you are close to everything. Beautiful hotel with comfortable and spacious room, we had a wonderful view of the Osaka Castle. Thank you to the staff they were very kind and helpful.

I stayed for 3 nights for a concert at Osaka-jō Hall, and the hotel location was literally next to the venue. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, the buffet breakfast had Japanese and western styles. I particularly appreciated that they offered both Yamato and the cheaper Sagawa luggage delivery service.
