The hotel was in a good location it was a 18 to 20 min walk to canal area and to tour pick up zones. There were two nice grocery stores near by and several kobinis. The check in process was a learning curve using keypads.

The room came with a washer. When we used it, it left some sort of brown stains from the bottom of the washer on our clothes. We did have to take out our own trash, just keep that in mind. Bed and towels seemed clean so that was nice.

Very close to downtown Osaka and two nearby train stations making very convenient location. We were given clear instructions on how to check-in and there’s also storage for baggage with security cameras. If I go to Osaka again I would stay here again and there’s no cleaners that come in daily only when you checkout.

A good place to stay in Osaka. The best things about this room was the bed (very comfortable) and the washing machine (with soap provided). The kitchen and washroom look better in the pictures, they are dated and require a refresh. I would recommend that more cleaning rags or paper towels be provided, as there was only one disposable towel for cleaning the kitchen and drying the dishes.
