We had a quick overnight stay before universal. We used the 5 bed family room. It was ideal for us. Clean and bright. Room darkening shades. I did notice some noise from the park or street below at night .. I think it was music but we all had a good nights sleep and would recommend!

Fantastic for families with small children. The entire hotel is decorated with a lively Sesame Street theme. They also offer kid size amenities such as toothbrush toiletries, pajamas, and a step stool in the bathroom. It’s just steps away from the USJ entrance.

The OOSAKA UNIVERSAL CITY- KINTETSU HOTEL manager allowed us to changed our room to an amazing room with the theme park view. It wasn’t peak season for tourists yet probably but anyways it was so kind of them to change room detail with a very reasonable amount charged. Thank you so much.

A bit odd the next day as I was checking out, they said they had not collected the city tax of 300 yen from me when I checked and wanted to collect it as I was leaving. As I had booked and prepaid online, I presumed this was already sorted. Regardless that is an error on behalf of the hotel and chasing me down at check-out seemed a bit weird. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. It is super convenient when i am working in the area.

３時すぐにチェックインしたかったが、チェックイン待ち行列で１時間待たされた。それなら、チェックアウトも、１時間伸ばしてほしい。エレベーター待ちもあり、待ち時間がありすぎる。お風呂のシャワーカーテンがかび臭かった。洗濯機も少ない。洗濯機の行列も出来ていた。フロントから１階まで降りるのに、いちいちエレベーターを使わないといけないから、いちいちエレベーターの行列に並ばなければならない。色々と改善すべき。
