What a wonderful hotel! Super convenient location across the street from the Osaka train station (but no noise heard in the room from that). The staff was so lovely and the room was impeccably clean. We chose a corner twin room and it was well laid-out, offering privacy between the sleeping and bathing/toilet/sink areas (all separate). We had a small sitting area where we enjoyed coffee and tea each morning from the machine and supplies provided. Don't hesitate to choose this hotel!

First time staying at this hotel. Great location within walking distance to the main transportation hub, shopping, and plenty of dining options. Staff are friendly and the check‑in process is relatively quick. we had a corner unit, which offered a quiet view and a nice perspective of the city. The room is quite spacious. The only drawback is the amount of settled dust—on the shelf, table, window panes, and vents. It was especially noticeable in the bathroom, where you could see dust falling whenever we used the washroom.

Very enjoyable stay, modern with touch screen controls, well thought out room layout, the guest lounge where you can do work and enjoy warm/iced drinks via the drink dispenser. The location from the train station may seem far at first but once you understand how the pedestrian walkways are in Umeda its actually is very accessible with out crossing roads!
