Superb location! The location alone made this hotel well worth it. Staff was helpful and appreciated being able to have a late check-out. The room was basic yet clean. Loved the amenities and enjoyed the breakfast selection. Pleasantly surprised to see they served tempura and we repeatedly had the freshly made bread and hokkaido butter. Definitely staying here again if we return!

Great hotel - clean and somewhat spacious rooms for Japanese standards. Nice bathrooms with an amenities bar downstairs. The breakfast was truly the star of our stay. Ample choice in Japanese, Chinese and western cuisines. Everything was well-maintained and tasty, and the breakfast bar was kept immaculate. The daily special was a fun addition! We'd stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms were big and had plenty of space, which was really nice. They also provided a lot of amenities in the lobby, and the room cleaning system was really easy to use. The laundry was easy and convenient, and the staff was very friendly. We also really appreciated being able to leave our bags at check-out so we could wander around without having to carry everything with us. The rooms were quiet with no street noise, and the location was incredible. We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family!

The location, room and amenities at this hotel were a nice surprise. 1. Location: millions of food choices and convenience/drug stores nearby 2. Room: everything you need in a small, but convenient room. Cleaning as needed. 3. Amenities: loved the necessities freebies near the elevator, laundry was very useful 4.
