rooms were clean and nice to use, and quite spacious for the price. I thought the staff were super attentive and really helpful. The hotel is in an office district so really quiet on the weekends, but lots of interesting small bars and restaurants only a couple of minutes walk away.

Great hotel, loved the industrial style decor and location was fantastic. Close to a subway station so very easy to get to other parts of Osaka. Particularly loved the spacious room (king size bed, loads of space for luggage) and the toiletries in the room were a helpful addition. The only negative was that as we didn't pay for breakfast, we were unable to buy a proper coffee from the restaurant/bar. They do have a complimentary coffee machine in reception, however we wanted to buy a proper coffee and weren't allowed to! The restaurant/bar was hardly ever open, which was a bit frustrating too. The onsite laundry was very useful. Overall, we loved the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Situated next to the Higobashi subway station makes it very easy to get to from either the two airports or the main Shinkansen station. It is also very convenient for shopping and eating as there is a wide choice in the area.
