Everything was great. The Public Bath on the 13th floor was the main reason I booked and it did not disappoint. The only two things (and I’m American so Japanese wouldn’t mind these) was the pillow (Japanese style, so my neck was very stiff the next day) and the fact that the AC is not controlled in the room (I believe it is centrally controlled throughout the hotel). I prefer colder than “normal” temps when I sleep. I would, even with that, stay there again!

安価に泊まれるという理由で予約を取り、サービス等にはあまり期待はしていませんでしたが、良い意味で期待を裏切られました。 アメニティは必要な物は揃い、職員さんの対応も丁寧、ビュッフェの朝食も丁度良い塩梅で不満無し。 周辺も静かで、ゆっくり出来ました。 機会があれば、また利用させて貰いたいです。

清掃の無い日は客室に入らないと部屋の案内に書かれていたので、部屋が散らかったままで外出したら、ソープ類が補充されていてびっくりしました。 アメニティは使う分だけフロントの前からじぶんで持っていくスタイルで無駄が無くて好きです。 清掃の男性と外国人の女性も気持ちの良い挨拶で好印象でした。

トリプルの部屋なのに、コップの数が2つしかない。コップも3つほしい。ティッシュは、少ししか入ってなくて、夜遅くに気づいたので、フロントにいいに行くのが大変だった。もう少し準備して欲しい。お風呂は、気持ちよくてよかったけど、女風呂も欲しい。
