The room is small and can be difficult to move around with two people and luggage. There is no onsen (spa) or sauna for women, only men. This should be made clear before booking. There was mold around the air vent and condensation on the window every morning but otherwise the room was clean. Ask for a non-smoking room, even the towels smelled of smoke. We could open the window, which helped. The best part is how quiet the room was was despite the proximity to the station. Great location and service but will stay elsewhere next time.

泊まるだけの施設としては大満足ですね。駅近で、近くにコンビニも飲食店も豊富で何も困らなかったです。ホテルって割とトイレのにおいが気になったりするけど当ホテルはそんな事もなく、ユニットバスも広く綺麗でした。ホテルの従業員の方の干渉もなく、とても良いと思いました。

夜の予定から江坂に宿を初めて取りました。まず到着してフロントの感じも悪く。全体的に30年前のビジネスホテルにタイムスリップしたような。深夜戻ったので大浴場に間に合わずでしたが翌朝も開けて欲しかったです。
