The room was spotless and staff were very knowledgeable. It's my first time in Japan and it was a great start thanks to the staff. They helped me navigate both on the property and beyond. I loved all the amenities and the daily services that came with my booking. I also love how close it is to Shin Osaka and the free shuttle bus. This year, 2025, is our 2nd time having stays at Holiday Inn Shin Osaka. Very accessible to Shin Osaka St, they had free and ontime-scheduled shuttle service from and to Shin Osaka St., starting 7am until 9.30pm (if i m not mistaken). We are a family of four with two teenaged kids, really enjoy our stays here!
