This location is prime if you want to get quick access to any location, to the markets or to Dotonbori. Really impressed. Also the free coffee was a bonus. Great location for shopping and families. Would def stay again. Only challenge is going places in morning as you often have to go through Namba station which can be crazy busy in the AM.

Very clean and in a super convenient location filled with lots of shops and restaurants. The kids loved the bunks and it was great to have a mini kitchenette in the suite for eating in too.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful from the moment you walked in. Welcomed kindly by staff upon every entrance and exit. We appreciated the amenities available at your leisure in the lobby and the kitchen with free ice, water, and coffee. The room was spacious, modern, and clean and suited all our needs. The location was in the middle of everything but was not disturbed by any sounds. There is a 24 hour restaurant that served tonkatsu and udon. We were contacted by staff after we checkout because some jewelry was left behind. They offered options for retrieval we found this to be above and beyond expectations. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location right in the middle of Namba, lots to do! The amenities were great, we definitely used the washing/drying machine the most and loved our beds as well! Great friendly staff and great experience overall! It was quiet and we had no issues at any point in our trip

We got the family suite & there was plenty of room for all 6 of us - including our 2 young children. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean & had plenty of space for the kids to play. It was also a perfect location right next to 7-11 & very close, easy walking distance to plenty of attractions
