We stayed at the &HERE hotel at Osaka Namba for a few nights in August. The hotel and our room were very nice and clean. The staffs were professional and helpful. The only negative I would mention was the hallway of the hotel. As it was not enclosed and was fully exposed to the outside, it was very hot and humid the moment you stepped out of your room to get to the elevator since we stayed during the summer month of August. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel does provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable razor, towels, disposable slippers, and other travel items.

It's was Prefect! Great location right in the middle of everything when traveling with young kid. The hotel was clean/ modern, staff great, rooms were great kids had a blast with the bunk beds and amenities like coffee, ice machine, washer/dryer added bonus.

This hotel is in a prime location. We’re family of five and the room was an adequate size to accommodate us. You are in the center of Namba within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff was very helpful at all hours. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is fantastic and the best place we stayed in Japan. The rooms make good use of the space. It was comfortable even with 2 adults and 2 children. The laundry room was very useful, and the Japanese garden is a beautiful addition. Great location near Namba station with 7 Eleven and Lawson stores within one block. Excellent design makes this hotel feel like a quiet oasis from the busy streets of Osaka. Highly recommend for families.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds. It was a very short walk to LOTS of delicious restaurants and great shopping. Love the covered areas in Namba that make the heat more bearable. The one addition that would have made the room exceptional is if it had in suite laundry like their &Here Shinjuku location. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the stay and the care by their staff.

Front desk staff are very friendly, and they have staff at the front desk 24/7. Hotel location is great. Hotel itself is clean and amenities are good. I love the Pola shampoo and conditioner, rare to find! Laundry room gets very busy after 8pm. I would recommend this hotel for families traveling with young kids.
