I enjoyed relaxing at their Onsen overlooking the water, but this hotel is not that easy to find and the nearest station is a pretty long walk if you have luggage. There aren’t any shops nearby and the only restaurant is the one at the hotel, but if you have an early flight out of KIX airport, then staying here a night is convenient.

Beautiful, quiet, large room, reasonable price

Well, this location is perfect. It's an 8-minute walk from the train station. This hotel offers self-check-in and check-out service, but I still have a very good experience. The hot spring is free to use, and its view is the sea view by the sea. definitely will recommend visitors to stay here.

Much better than expected!

The check-in process was easy and smooth. The room was clean and there many little touches that shows the operators of the hotel have are very thoughtful. It was great to attached to a high quality onsen and the breakfast in the morning was worth the price. All of that and the ocean views were great!

Expected more

overall experience was average.. paid for breakfast but didnt manage to because breakfast starts only at 7am. Onsen was nice but unlike other hotels with onsen the onsen opens only at 7am to 1130pm. Expected the breakfast and onsen to start earlier to cater for tourists leaving early to kansai airport.

Very interesting reception with no staff but 2 talking dinosaurs which speaks 4 languages. Japanese, Mandarin, Korea and English to guide you to do self checkin. My room has a beautiful sea view. Onsen also had an amazing sea view for both indoor and outdoor onsen . Even a foot massage machine inside my hotel room.

The staff were not helpfull at all. To the extent that they did not even enterain a request for calling a cab.

The only difficulty was checking in. The instructions were a bit unclear. I booked the room, but my father added his name to the check-in first. This jumbled the system a bit, and with the dinosaurs being unable to speak, we got confused trying to fix the mistake. A note saying that the person who booked the hotel should check-in first, would be very helpful! Loved the dinosaurs besides this.
