Staff gave us new room which met our expectations. Hotel is good, laundry center was closed but there is laundry within walking distance. It is a bit of a hike to get to the main shopping areas.

No front desk. Electronic check in but staff will come out to help if needed. Very clean hotel located in a very convenient location. Walking distance to subway/train station, to Namba where you can enjoy the food, the atmosphere and shopping. The reason why I do not rate it 5 star is the wifi is very weak. I messed up my check in because reception is so weak. Breakfast is from the freezer and you do your own microwaving. Next time when I visit Osaka, I will still consider this hotel but will buy a better data package so that I can do my own hotspot connection.

Just be careful when looking for address on google or online it will try to take you to a diffrent hotel. Make sure it says ANNEX or look up by address and not by name of hotel. Either way the 2 are within walking distance of eachother.

客室に関しては特に可もなく不可もなくでした。朝食も無料で着いてましたが冷凍の弁当を自分で解凍して食べる感じでしたね(￣▽￣;) 良かった点で言えば立地ですかね 日本橋駅が直ぐなので雨が降っていても難波駅まで地下街を歩けますし、そのまま千日前アーケード街など屋根ありで観光できるところが良かったです
