Spacious, good location.

Good location close to Hankyu, stores and restaurants. Best of all, there was an open bar every evening for hotel guests. It's a tad expensive but the rooms are also more spacious than most hotels in Japan

The staffs were all helpful and accommodating, and even called us to see if we wanted our room to be cleaned. We had the breakfast deal during our stay and the food was exceptional, the waitress and staffs were exceptional and by day 2 they knew all of our orders without saying a word. The property was within walking distance to the shopping malls, metro and restaurants which made is so great. I would definite book with Harmonie Embrassee Osaka the next time we are in Osaka for sure!! i

Great location—a short walk to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, and tons of interest along the way. Super well-appointed—in-suite laundry, mini-fridge, cooktop, microwave. Super comfortable rooms and beds! Loved it. Highly recommend.

Room was spacious and impeccably clean. The balcony was a great feature. My only issue was the temperature was almost impossible to control. The sun heated the room but the air conditioning was very poor. I had to open the balcony doors to cool the room down.

Incredibly helpful and pleasant staff. Beautiful room. We thoroughly enjoyed the rain showerhead and jacuzzi jet bathtub. Nice to be out of the noisy part of Osaka.

The hotel is in a great location in the Chayamachi area. The staff were very professional and the service was great. I do recommend getting the course breakfast added when you stay here. It was very nice.

A great hotel choice for the northern part of Osaka (Kita ward). We had the King Suite and it was awesome value. Very spacious and a little luxury at an affordable price. Staff were great, location is good (less than 10 mins to trains, dining and shopping). Would recommend over the international brands for better value.

Absolutely the most lovely experience and property we stayed at in our visit to Japan. A wonderfully polite staff showed us to our room personally. The tub and view of the city... OMG. Incredible. A lovely happy hour on the terrace closed a great day out in this huge city. We will definitely be returning at a future date and staying longer. Arigato Gozaimasu!

Superior hotel, great location, lovely staff

Spacious room, well appointed with coffee/tea service, minibar, nice bathroom and very large balcony with great city view. Pajamas, robe and house slippers provided. So incredibly quiet! Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. I loved the complimentary evening drink/snack service on the outdoor garden terrace. Easy walk to Osaka Station, food and shopping. I stayed 3 nights and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!!

The overall property and staff were excellent. Don't attempt to visit the rooftop bar, we were informed its only used for private events/weddings. This was a bit disappointing, but other aspects were great. Room size was large and layout was nice. We enjoyed the walk out patio a lot and the view was excellent. Needed to ship a box back to the USA and 3 min walk to post office.

courteous staff and good location Poor interior design. The tiny coffee table barely holds 2 cups , nothing else . The room has space for a more reasonably sized coffee table. Bed sheets spreading way below and near carpet, making it filthy. Should tuck into the mattress. Minibars nowadays are simply a fridge for guests. Its inefficient and not practical to still using minibar as a source of additional income

The room had no consideration/accommodation for people with disabilities or limited mobility. To go into the bathroom, you have to step up, to get into the tub, you have to step up, the sink was too high, and there was no bar or pole to hold onto to keep you from slipping or falling. The carpet and the furniture in the room they gave me when I first checked in was dirty and I had to ask them to give me a cleaner room.
