Fabulous hotel. The manageress at reception was absolutely lovely and we were always met with a smile and “good morning “ every day from the reception staff. Having a self service laundry room was great, and there was always quite a variety of different things at the breakfast buffet. Great location for walking to the Dotonbori district, and so many restaurants around the area, you’re spoilt for choice. Also easy access to the Metro system to get to Tokyo Station and the Shinkansen if you’re travelling around.

The Flag is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The staff is so helpful and welcoming, they helped me get my bags to the next destination with ease, and I love the eco-friendly bent by having water bottles for guests to take and use during their stay. Their breakfast was superlative. Such a great variety, range and the buffet was really quite something to eat and enjoy. Worth the money, and delicious. The rooms were well appointed, clean, very tidy and perfectly organized and well thought out. The whole area is restaurants, drinking and just 10 minutes away - shopping in Dotonburi! The restaurants are great nearby because you can just go back to the hotel easily.
